BHOPAL: Maximum 24 rounds will be held in Indore Lok Sabha constituency during counting of votes in 29 LS constituencies of the State on May 16. This will be followed by 23 rounds of counting each for Mandla and Betul Parliamentary constituencies.
Indore Parliamentary constituency had maximum 21.14 lakh voters. As many as 22 candidates were in the fray in Indore, second only to Bhopal’s 28 candidates. Mandla had maximum 2206 polling booths while maximum 4,856 EVMs were used in Indore. Maximum female voters also cast their votes in Indore constituency.
There will be 22 rounds of counting in Bhopal and Khandwa Lok Sabha constituencies where 4,353 and 2,166 EVMs were used, respectively. Maximum 28 candidates were in the fray in Bhopal where 19. 55 lakh voters cast their votes second to Indore.
