Dewas : Consumers of Dewas are very much affected by the attitude of the DISCOM. Many issues such as electricity outages, light fault, issues with transformers are cropping up on a regular basis, which signifies that the company is much more into the irregularities in the name of maintenance.
Many people get their bills just two days before the due date. Ravindra Gehlot, one of the consumers told that the counter near the Senior Power House went to deposit the bill at 9am, but the counter did not open till 10.30pm.
Another consumer who reached there to get a duplicate bill made, was asked to wait for half an hour and then asked to go to the collection centre at AB Road near the bank, to get a copy of the duplicate bill.
