A month before announcement of poll schedule, Panchayat and Rural Development allotted 13th finance fund to 128 areas of BJP leaders, purchased computers for e- panchayat from a blacklisted company and finalised tender for pre- fabricated structure for e- panchayat buildings, he said.

Ajay said, “ Chief Minister’s brother Narendra Master purchased 19 acres of land by paying Rs. 5 crore. Land of schedule caste persons were purchased in Sehore and collector’s approval was got by mounting pressure.” The leader of opposition claimed that the government did not provide documents to Lok Ayukta, PP Naolekar in cases against the ministers. Replying to the query, Ajay Singh said dumper scam, which was earlier the prominent issue for the Congress was dropped from the charge- sheet as there were several dumpers running in Sehore. He said necessary action would be taken in corruption cases, if Congress comes to power.

The charge- sheet contains black money seized from Lokayukta and income tax department in 57 cases. Ajay also quoted BJP stalwart LK Advani’s letter to Rajnath Singh, written at the time of BJP’s turmoil over anointment of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as prime ministerial candidate and vice president Uma Bharati’s letter issued in 2008 to target the Shivraj government in last elections. “ Advani himself had said the BJP did not remain the idealistic party,” he said. Besides, the charge- sheet quoted statements of several BJP leaders who earlier raised question over their own government.
