Unknown man told her that he had taken contract for her murder

BHOPAL: The 41- year- old former teacher of Mahirishi Vidhya Mandir, Ratanpur along with her husband on Friday, reached Bagsewaniya police station and lodged a complaint that two unidentified miscreants mounted an acid attack on her in the morning.

The woman also alleged that she received threatening calls from an unknown number on Thursday night by a person who sais he Mustafa Irani and told he has been hired for contract killing to end her life in case she will not take back the case against Girish Verma. The caller said that he had taken the contract for Rs one crore.

Subsequently, looking after the gravity of case, SDOP ( Misrod), Ateek Ahmad Khan, SHO, Bagsewaniya, Dinesh Joshi and FSL team reached the house of victim woman located at Nikhil Homes in Narayan Nagar and later a case was registered by the police against unidentified youths under sections 507 and 326 of the IPC while further investigation was started in the case.

SDOP ( Misrod), Ateek Ahmad Khan while talking to the ‘ Free Press’ said that the victim woman, Renurani Sharma, 41, wife of Rajesh Sharma, a resident of Nikhil Homes in Narayan Nagar who was former teacher of Mahirishi Vidhya Mandir, Ratanpur told the police that on Thursday night she received a call from unknown number and a youth named Mustafa Irani has threatened her to withdraw the case against Girish Verma otherwise she will be killed. Subsequently, on Friday morning CONTD. ON P2 Renurani Sharma at Bag Sewania police station to lodge a complaint against Girish Chandra Verma.
