Chief Minister said it is our privilege that the 10th International Hindi Convention is going to be held in Bhopal from September 10 to 12. It would be a golden chance to start a public movement to promote Hindi.

He said the Convention, to be organised under the aegis of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, film actor Amitabh Bachhan and several language lovers across the world. Chauhan said we do not oppose any language but our purpose is to promote Hindi, along with other languages. Hindi University has been opened in the state to promote Hindi which would help in imparting education of medicine and engineering in Hindi.
