Ratlam : Chief Minister Shivraj Singh will reach in the district to take part in two programmes on Wednesday. According to programme released this evening, CM will reach by helicopter at Shivgarh village in Sailana tehsil, a tribal belt at 12.30 PM and will take part in the Antyodaya Mela. From Shivgarh he will depart at 2.15 PM and will reach Ratlam at 2.30 PM to take part in the state level sammelan of the Rasoiya Halwai Shramjiwi Kalyan Samiti.
At Shivgarh in the Antyodaya Mela CM will perform bhoomi-pujan of the projects worth Rs 205.66 crore and will also dedicate to the public eight newly constructed bridges. District Collector informed that CM will perform bhoomi-pujan of water supply schemes for 134 villages which are affected by fluoride. CM will reach Ratlam to address Rasoiya Halwai Sammelan.
Convener Shyam Upadhyay and President Kailash Tiwari informed that 12-point charter of demands will be presented to the CM for the welfare of the Rasoiya Halwai in the state. Main demand included working upto 11 PM only as on the invitation cards the language written is “Suhani sham se Dhalti Rat Tak” which does not restrict the time and Halwai Rasoiya have to work even after midnight.
State government by making a rule should restrict the timings upto 11 PM only of the dinners and there should be specific mention on the invitation cards about the timings i.e. programme starting time and ending time.
