BHOPAL : All India Civil Services Table Tennis Championship began here at TT Stadium on Monday. Several matches under men and women categories were played. In women’s category, the teams of RSB Kolkata, Central Secretariat, Delhi, RSB Chennai and RSB Ahmadabad entered into the semifinal round.
In men’s category, the teams of RSB Ahmadabad, RSB Chennai, RSB Indore, RSB Bhubaneswar, RSB Hyderabad, RSB Jaipur, RSB Mumbai and RSB Kolkata reached into the quarter finals. Sports Director, Upendra Jain said as many as 33 teams including 400 players and officials are taking part in the Championship. The Championship is being played on International standards and it would conclude on February 11.
