Bhopal: The Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan met Ace Magashule, Premier of Free State in South Africa on Monday. Both the leaders agreed to build strong bilateral ties between Madhya Pradesh and Free State region of South Africa. Accepting Chauhan’s invitation to visit Madhya Pradesh, the Premier said that a delegation will visit Madhya Pradesh in July to explore the areas of cooperation and trade possibilities in the fields of Agriculture, Education and development of Small and Medium Enterprises.

Free State’s Premier along with a delegation shall also participate in The Global Investor’s Summit at Indore in October. Chauhan and delegation members of Madhya Pradesh had discussions with the officials of Northwest Province, who made an extensive presentation about their investment and development plans. The South Africa’s Northwest Province expressed keen interest in Madhya Pradesh. The discussions focused on key sectors like Tourism, wild life management, exploration, mining, food processing.
