Jabapur : Minister of Tribal Affairs Jual Oram today visited Dumna airport and took to Jabalpur circuit house for a while, then he headed toward Mandla to attend a programme Adi Utsav at Ramnagar. He reached Dumna via aeroplane in the afternoon, and then went to Mandla by a car.
He would return to Dumna after attending the programme and headed to Delhi in the evening.
Health Minister of the state Sharad Jain, MLA Pratibha Singh, Nandini Marawi, Rural district BJP President Ashish Dubey welcomed the minister and discussed various issues with him.
Tribal students submitted memorandum: SC/ST student union submitted a memorandum to the tribal affairs minister along with a bouquet of flowers. The students’ memorandum highlighted the mismanagement at the Pre and Post matric hostels. They also highlighted the objectionable acts of guards at the girls hostels. The union also wanted action against those behind mysterious death of girl student Vishwajeet Nagjyoti. Their memorandum also mentioned providing facilities of a library and computer room and betterment in the food facilities at the earliest.
