CBI files case against 3 PMT-2009 candidates in Bhopal

BHOPAL: The Central Bureau of Investigation has filed a charge-sheet against three candidates in Vyapam-conducted PMT 2009 in the court of ADJ, Guna under sections 120 B, 419, 420 and other sections of the IPC.

The case was registered by CBI on August 6, 2015 against 12 accused persons in pursuance of the orders Supreme Court of India.

During investigation by CBI, it was found that the three candidates were involved in conspiracy with middlemen and the impersonators to cheat by making impersonators to appear in the examination on their behalf.

The candidates are Jitendra Alawa, Rahul Jamara and Hemant Kumar.
