Jhiranya : A case has been registered against Dharampuri MLA and his supporters at the Manpur Police Station today. The police had received an application from the incharge of the toll plaza, on the basis of which the case has been registered.
The applicant Dharamendra Chauhan said that on 24th of August, MLA Dharampuri Kalu Singh Thakur was going in a vehicle numbered MP09 CM 9514, when the employee deputed at the toll booth asked for money. The driver then showed the MLA card to the toll keeper.
However the MLA got instigated and started arguing with toll employee because it took him a lot of time to process the card. And all the employees at the toll booth tried calming down the MLA, who called his supporters and ransacked the toll booth with sticks and stones. The police have registered a case of section 294, 336, 427, 506 and 34.
