BHOPAL: The Special Police Establishment caught red handed the field officer of the Canara Bank for taking bribe of Rs 10,000 on Monday evening. The SPE have also charged the Bank manager into the case. According to Lokayukta police, the applicant Rajendra Bhagel, resident of Berasia had filed a complaint with the police that the bank manager Yogesh Parwani was asking fpr bribe to sanction loan. The manager has asked the bribe of Rs 1 lakh.
The first instalment was given on Monday, when the applicant gave the call to the manager, he instructed that he should handed the amount to the field officer Mohammad Sharik. When Sharik reached at the Berasia square and the applicant Rajendra handed the amount, the police caught him red handed.
