BHOPAL: Ashutosh Varshney, a class 10 student of Campion School, Arera Colony, Bhopal got first position in the state-level NTSE (National Talent Search Exam) in Bhopal and second in MP. The Exam is conducted by State Education Centre and comprises of two levels. As many as 97,000 students of class 10 participated in the state level exam which were held on November 8 and on the basis of merit list, 290 students qualified for national level. Multiple choice questions were asked on Mental Ability, Maths, English, Hindi, and History in the exam and cut off marks were 131 out of 150. Now the national level exam would be held on May 8 and those students, who will come in its merit list, would get education scholarship by ministry of Human Resource Development. The national level exam is conducted by NCERT. Principal of the school Father Dr. Athnas Lakda S J and vice-principal Father Ajay Kumar Kerketta S J expressed happiness and congratulated Ashutosh Varshney on his this achievement.

Book edited by Dr Manoria released

A book on Atrial Fibrillation, edited by Dr PC Manoria, was released in the 71st annual conference of Association of Physicians of India at Hyderabad. This is the 27th book edited by Dr Manoria. The book has excellent illustrations. Atrial Fibrillation is a common rhythm disorder of the heart and is an important cause of paralysis and heart failure.
