Bhumi pujan for CC drainage line performed

KATNI : Katni Municipal Corporation is set to CC drainage line to be constructed at Masurha ward at the cost of Rs 5 lakh. The foundation stone of it was lead on Thursday by Mayor Shashank Shrivastava. At the time of ceremony Santosh Shukla, Ward Councilor Sushil Soni and BJP leader Ashish Kandle along with other leaders were also present. During the ceremony Shrivastava shared about the developing area of the city and he also requested to local people to contribute in the development. Sushil Soni stated that the drain of Masurha was very old and due to that it got damaged from various places and hence the local residents were also demanding for the reconstruction of drain. The problems of rain water will also solve after the construction, he added.
