BHOPAL: Delhi Public School, Kolar Road, Bhopal organised Youth Parliament on Thursday under the aegis of Pt. Kunjilal Dubey Rashtriya Sansadiya Vidhyapeeth. The objective of conducting the Youth Parliament was to teach children the true meaning of democracy, equip them with debating skills, stimulate and refine their communication, thoughts and listening skills.
It also teaches them how to advocate an idea and make it a reality. The special guests for the day were Dr. Pratima Yadav, director, Sansadiya Vidhyapeeth, Punit Shrivastava, director, Madhya Pradesh Vidhan Sabha Secretariat and B R Sharma under secretary MP Parliamentary Affairs Dept- lauded the efforts of the students and teachers in replicating the working of Parliament. School principal Vandana Dhupar congratulated team DPS Kolar and teachers for putting up a wonderful show and appreciated the oratory skills and leadership of the participants.
