GWALIOR: Smart phone distribution programme was organised on Wednesday, Higher Education minister Jaibhan Singh Pawaiya said that youth power is the biggest asset of Madhya Pradesh. The government has taken effective steps so that talent of the state would not be helpless and frustrated due to lack of funds, in this direction the government has decided to give smart phones to college students. Urban development and housing minister Maya Singh did the chairmanship of a programme.
Almost 6659 smart phones are being distributed to the students by the government.
On this occasion mayor Vivek Narayan Shejvalkar, MLA Bharat Singh Kushwah, vice-chancellor of Jiwaji University Professor Sangita Shukla, collector Dr Sanjay Goyal, in charge additional director higher education KS Sengar, additional collector Shivraj Verma and Science College public participation committee chairman and SDM Mahip Tejaswi were present.
