CHHATARPUR: Parmarth Samaj Seva Sansthan is going to organise a programme to mark International Women’s Day at Government Women’s College, Chhatarpur on Wednesday. At the function, the victory of women for their rights and their courage to carry out outstanding works would also be celebrated. The event would also mark the beginning of the ‘Jal Jan Jodo Abhiyan’ in Chhatarpur by Parmarth Samaj Seva Sansthan.
Under the campaign, the organisation would inform people, especially women, on how to conserve water and tackle the water-related problems in their day to day life. Women going to be felicitated during the programme include AIG Rashmi Pandey, SDM Divya Awasthi, Dr Lata Chaurasiya, journalist Harshita Khare, Subrata Yadav, Reena Pal, Saroj Kushwaha, Ladkunwar, Prayag Bai, Ram Devi among others.
