Bhopal: Vijay Diwas at Vasvani School

BHOPAL: Vijay Diwas was celebrated at Sadhu Vaswani School on Friday. Siddha Bhau, as the chief guest, in his address, urged the students to have a feeling of gratitude towards soldiers. He appealed to them to draw inspiration from soldiers, who did not lose courage in adverse conditions in the Indo-Pak war in 1971. A power point presentation on the war was also made.

Colonel Narayan Parwani, describing the significance of Vijay Diwas said Indian Army was instrumental in the creation of Bangladesh. Our soldiers defeated Pakistani Army in just 13 days. The students also presented patriotic songs. A two-minute silence was observed to pay tributes to the martyrs of the war. Educationist Vishnu Gehani was also present on the occasion.
