Bhopal: Union Bank Officers Association organises health lecture

Bhopal: Union Bank Officers’Association (MP Unit), organized a lecture on diabetes and obesity control at meeting hall in Agrawal Rajbhog, M P Nagar on Monday. Health expert Dr Jagannath Dixit (MBBS, MD) from Maharashtra delivered lecture on the topic through slideshow. He said, “Diabetes and obesity can be controlled through changing our life style a bit.” He also said that the basic mantra to keep our life healthy and fit is walk 4.5 km daily till 45 minutes bank General manager Vinayak Tembhurne and regional manager Gurutej Singh and other staff were present at the event.
