Bhopal: Waseem Ahmed, a 20-year-old student of Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS) was found murdered in his room in Aishbagh area under Aishbagh police station on Friday. His uncle is absconding and younger brother, who is also student of BUMS, is under scanner. Both are the students of Government Unani Medical College Bhopal.
The deceased was living with his younger brother Shanu, who is also BUMS student, in rented room in Housing Board Colony, Aishbag. His Father is a Hakim in Jabalpur. On the previous night, both the brothers, after dinner, returned to their room. In the morning, Shanu informed the police about death.
ASP Rajesh Chandel said, “We are trying to contact the uncle of the deceased. The younger brother is being interrogated. But we are yet to get any concrete clue. It is curious that when both the brothers were in the room, how could anyone have entered and attacked and killed the deceased.”
