Bhopal: Two vehicle-lifters arrested, 13 stolen bikes recovered

BHOPAL: Thirteen two-wheelers have been recovered from two vehicle-lifters at Laharpur under Bagswania police station. During the investigation police found that the miscreant used to target the vehicles parked in open places using duplicate keys to steal them. They stole eight vehicles from Govindpura area, two from Baghsewania, one from Habibganj and two vehicles from Mandideep.

Acting on a tip off that two youths were trying to sell a motorbike for cheap, police swooped down on them. They could not show the any documents during interrogation. In the initial investigation they were identified as Alok Mishra (24) of Badi Bareli and Vivek Lodhi (23) of Obedullahganj.

SHO, Baghsewania police station, Lalit Singh said that the accused do not have any previous crime record. They used to work at the same company. They became friend while they were students at school in Badi in Raisen district.
