Bhopal: Shooting of two short movies: Kalakar and Tripti is under way in the city. Directed by Anil Dubey and Prashant Kumar Pachauri, the films are likely to be screened at national and international festival. The artists across state mainly from Bhopal have worked in the movies, produced by Rishimum Production Written by Anil Dubey and Kanupriya- Kalakar is saga of a man and his daughter, dedicated to theatre. Director of Madhya Pradesh School of Drama (MPSD), Alok Chatterjee and theatre and TV actor Kanupriya are playing the lead roles in the movie.
A child artist Gracy Goswami from Vihan Drama Works, Bhopal is playing childhood character of the lead actor. Actor Manish Joshi and Animesh have also acted in the play. Kavita Gandhi has written the dialogues of the movie. Tripti, written by Kanupriya, gives message to elders through children that keep faith in god and discard superstition. Artist It has Anup Joshi Bunty, Lata Sangde, Atharva, Aradhya, Nishkarsh, Mamta Sharma are in lead roles. Cameraman of the movie is Ravi Bhaduariya while make-up artis is Sharafat and Sachin is taking care of the sound department.
Anil Dubey, (Sagar), Kanupriya (Sagar) and Prashant Kumar Pachauri (Jhanshi) of the production house are planning to make feature films and web series to promote Bundelkhand and its dialect. Anil Dueby is associated with theater for 24 years has worked in TV serials like Chidyaghar, Neeli Chhatri, Har Shakh Per Ullu Baitha Hai, Beechwale Bapu Dekh Raha Hai, Khatmal-e-Ishq, Krishna-Kanhaiya etc. Kanupriya has worked in TV serials like Crime Petrol, Crime Alert, Savdhan India and Beechwale Bapu Dekh rahi Hai etc.
