BHOPAL: The inquiry report into incident where a girl student was forced to write exams while standing at Saraswati Cooed Higher Secondary School was submitted with collector on Saturday. The inquiry committee has recommended cancellation of the affiliation of the school besides taking action against erring authorities under the JJ Act. Moreover, all government aid given to the school has been ordered to stop immediately.
The report has also recommended that the girl student should be given admission in school of her choice. Chief Minister Kamal Nath had taken cognizance of the incident after her case went viral in social media. Simultaneously, collector Sudam Khade has sent fresh instructions to all schools reminding them of provisions of JJ Act. The letter said that if a fee of a student is not deposited in the school for any reason, the child should not be harassed or humiliated rather the matter should be discussed with the parents.
