BHOPAL: Koh-e-Fiza police registered a case of fraud and forgery for selling properties on the basis of fake and forged documents. Razia Sultan of Munsi Hussain Khan, Noor Mahal, lodged the complaint with the police which registered the case under sections 420,467,468,471 against seven accused.
Those made accused include Syeed Umer Ali, Syeed Asif Ali, Rahat Arif, Nuzhat Arif, Nusrat Arif, Abdul Hai and Banno alias Abida. The police dubbed this as a case of family dispute. All are Mansab Ali Khan’s family members of various generations. The accused had struck a deal of properties worth crores of rupees.
As per the complaint, accused sold parental properties of great-grand father Mansab Ali Khan by getting mutation executed on the basis of fake documents. Accused struck a deal of properties showing themselves as legitimate hires of Mansab Ali. Accused sold some properties to some Khalid Amman.
As per the police, when Mansab Ali Khan’s fourth generation came to know about the fraud, they lodged complaints with the police. Mansab Ali has properties in station area and Koh-e-Fiza and these parental properties are worth crores of rupees.
Razia Sultan, who claimed herself as actual hire of fourth generation of Mansab Ali Khan, has filed the case against said seven accused alleging that accused got fake documents and after mutation, they sold the properties. The police will investigate the matter on the basis of the complaint.
