The helicopter carrying ex-Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was not given permission to land in Parasia of Chhindwara district. Taking the collector to task in a public meeting held at Gudmandi Chouhan said, Pitthu collector, satta ke mad me aisey na bano, hamare din bhi jald aayenge tab tera kya hoga’. (Yes man collector, don’t let power go to your mind, our time will also come and then what will happen to you).

Meanwhile, BJP organisation has taken the incident seriously. Chauhan’s helicopter was not allowed to land citing timings as reason in that helicopter could not be allowed after 5pm. BJP state president Rakesh Singh has said the helicopter of Chouhan was not allowed to land at the behest of Chief Minister Kamal Nath. Singh said Congress was trying to create pressure through administration. Singh said a complaint in this regard would be lodged with the Election Commission.
