Bhopal: The officials and soldiers of CRPF and Rapid Action force, Bhopal took out a peace march with candles on Friday evening to pay tribute to the 40 martyrs who lost their lives in Pulwama terror attack. Nearly, 2,000 officials and soldiers along with their families took part in the march which began from Board Office Square to Shaurya Smarak.
After reaching Shaurya Smarak, they paid tribute to the 40 martyrs at an open stage of the Smarak by keeping two-minute silence. They also read the names of all 40 martyrs here. IG, CRPF, R K Pandey and other officials were present here. Besides, a wreath-laying ceremony of the CRPF jawans who lost their lives in Pulwama Terror Attack was also held at Saheed Samarak in CRPF headquarters Bangrasia.
