Bhopal: Yoga guru Ramdev’s Patanjali Ayurved has partnered state-run telecom company BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) to offer SIM cards. The officials of the two companies launched its SIM cards here on Friday. The scheme will benefit the subscribers of BSNL and Patanjali product users of MP and Chhattisgarh.
BSNL chief general manager Mahesh Shukla said that mobile connection will give financial benefits to its subscribers. He added that BSNL will gain market share up to 17 per cent through the tie-up, currently BSNL has 11 crore subscribers.
With the recharge of Rs 144, one would be able to make unlimited calls across the country, get 2 GB data pack and send 100 SMSs. The plan provides free roaming and lasts for 30 days. It also offers 180 days plant for Rs 792 and under Rs 1584 plan one can get benefits for 365 days.
Primarily, members of Bharat Swabhiman Nayas, Patanjali Yog Samiti, Mahila Prakosth, Patanjali Kishan Seva and Swadeshi Samraddhi card (SSC) holders can take connections.
Any BSNL user can take the connection after becoming the member of SSC by paying Rs 100. During the launching the state president of Bharat Swabhiman Rajendra Araya and other members of Patanjali and BSNL officials were present.
