Bhopal: BSNL and MPOnline jointly launched the mobile App for their kiosk and service providers, on Monday. The operators will now have option to use the MPOnline service on mobiles App too as till now they had to rely on desktop computers for all services. The BSNL chief general manager (CGM) GC Pandey and MPOnline chief operating officer (COO) Rajeev Sisaudia had jointly launched the mobile App. Sisaudia said that the App will help the people coming to take services of the MPOnline.
Presently, in state there are around 22,000 BSNL counters where the services related to BSNL are being provided and around 30,000 MPOnline kiosks are operating with the objective of developing and operating the official portal for the government of Madhya Pradesh.
“Now in the state more than 52,000 counters will be in operation in the state to provide the services to the BSNL users,” he added. CGM Pandey informed that earlier the services were provided through the computers, but after the launching of the mobile App, the service provider can provide all facilities to people like recharge the mobile balance and also other services through the mobile App.
He also informed that the BSNL had launched the special tariff voucher of Rs 429, in which the user gets an unlimited free calling to any network and one GB data per day for 90 days. “It’s an aggressive plan and it is one of the cheapest plans as compared to other networks, now it is available for the BSNL users,” he added. Meanwhile, MPOnline has terminated the agreement of 12 kiosks for taking extra charge from the costumers.
