Bhopal: The SP of Morena, under whose instruction an FIR was registered against the Congress MLA’s son, has been transferred by the state government on Tuesday. The SP Morena Riyaz Iqbal is shifted to PHQ as an AIG and SP Umaria, Asit Yadav will be his replacement in Morena.
The MLA Endal Singh Kansana is annoyed with the party for not giving him space in the ministry. His son Rahul Singh was allegedly spotted in the firing incident at toll plaza and SP Riyaz had instructed to file the case against him under section 307.
More transfers
The commandant of SAF 36 battalion Balaghat will be the new SP of Sheopur district. The recently transferred IPS officer Rajesh Singh will be staff officer to DGP. Singh was the SP of Sehore district which is the home district of former chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, he was shifted from the district and is appointed as a AIG at PHQ.
