SHIVPURI: The reaction to the changes made in the Jansunvai system has been mixed. The jansunvai is held every Tuesday. From this Tuesday, it has been decided to hold it at Manas Bhavan for one month. Around 242 applications were disposed of in the hearing.
Collector Omprakash Shrivastava, district Panchayat CEO Neha Marvaiyya, additional collector Nitu Mathur and district heads of all the departments were present. Collector heard only such cases where no action was taken by the officers concerned or the applicants were not happy with the action taken. On being asked, some applicants complained that there was no arrangement for drinking water at the venue and other facilities were also lacking.
