Bhopal: Mahaveer Singh’s Amar Singh Rathore staged

Bhopal: A play Amar Singh Rathore, staged at Tribal Museum on Friday. It was part of a weekly programme series Abhinanyan. Directed by Mahaveer Singh, the play is based on the life of warrior Amar Singh Rathore. It talks about valour of Rathore. He dedicated his life in doing people welfare. He sacrificed his life to protect the country from invaders. The play begins with Ishwar Vandna. It was presented by artistes including Rajendra Singh, Madanlal, Amarchand, Bhamar Singh, Pushpa, Mata Prasad and Akbar. Set, costumes, lights and music were used aptly.
