Bhopal: The director general special police establishment Anil Kumar has instituted an inquiry into the ‘raid leak’. Lokayukta police had conducted a raid on tribal welfare deputy commissioner Santosh Shukla, posted in Mandla district, on Saturday.

But since Shukla got information about the raid beforehand, he fled from the house along with his wife, said Kumar, adding that he most probably took away with him jewellery, property papers and others documents. He also informed that before leaving the office and house, the deputy commissioner even deleted the CCTV camera footages and also took away the hard disks of the computers.
