Bhopal: Minister for urban development and housing Jaivardhan Singh, while reviewing the works of town and country investment and development authorities here on Tuesday, said separate master plan for Bhopal-Sehore and Indore-Ujjain-Dewas should be prepared and they should be included in a comprehensive master plan.
Singh said policy to complete pending proposals in various authorities would be made. He said viability plan should be made after survey before preparing any proposal. He said rationalisation of staff should be done and commercial projects will be prepared. Singh said master plan should be well planned.
He said planning to develop new residential area outside the city and satellite township incorporated in Vachan Patra should be done. Principal secretary, urban administration and housing, Sanjay Dubey said brief comments should be sent about the difficulties faced in completing the project. Director, town and country investment, Rahul Jain was also present.
