BHOPAL: An initiative to promote need to learn more and more was organised by ‘The Trainers Camp’ at Hotel Ranjit Lakeview on Sunday. More than 30 professionals attended the daylong workshop to learn different aspects of different professions.
Professionals from varied backgrounds like HR and those keen on learning attended the training session that was divided into three parts. The first session was on negotiation skills. It was headed by Ravish Malhotra. The second session was on Tech-know-friendly which was taken by Praveen Kumar. The third session was ‘Am I the trainer’. It was based on developing leadership skills and becoming a trainer. It was taken by Amar Chaudhary.
The Trainers’ Camp offers a platform where trainers and learners come together to share best practices of different professions and impart knowledge about different professions. Praveen Kumar said that this is the first training program in Bhopal and it is being held to motivate people into learning new skills through like-minded people and gain from their experience.
