BHOPAL: A discussion, under the aegis of ‘IIID, Design Yatra, Taking Design To Masses’ was organised at Samanvaya Bhawan here on Wednesday. The renowned architects of Bhopal took part in the discussion on Bhopal as a Smart City.
School of Planning, dean academics, professor Ajay Khare, architect Savita Raje, architect Santosh Mahala, architect Vijay Garg, LK Binjani and Ajay Kataria took part in the discussion. The children representing Aarushi presented a musical performance in the programme.
A heritage dress-up ramp walk would be organised at DB Mall on Thursday in collaboration with INIFD, Bhopal. The students will present various dresses on the theme of heritage in the event. A street-play titled ‘Design for Masses’ will also be presented.
