BHOPAL: She has been asked to show why disciplinary action should not be taken against her under section 7 of All India Civil Service (Conduct) Rules for writing an article against a government scheme.
The PMO had taken a tough view of the article. The state government may take action against Rastogi if her reply is not found satisfactory.
Rastogi had written in her article that such campaigns have no meaning in a country where there is a severe shortage of drinking water. She had described the campaign as the outcome of imperialistic mentality.
