For the food connoisseurs of capital city, Noor-Us-Sabah Palace is organising a food festival Nizam Ki Nazakatein- a heritage of flavors from Friday onwards. The Hyderabadi cuisine is a descendant of Nizams. A history of more than 400 years is behind the culinary delights of Hyderabdi food. It evolved in the kitchens of the Nizams, who elevated food to a sublime art.
Typical Hyderabadi dishes are rich in spices and flavor. The dishes are slightly sour, hot and richly endowed with nuts and assorted spices and cooked in asli ghee- have to be enjoyed to be believed. Simple aids like slow cooking help produce rich flavors.
The elaborate menu consists of the Hyderabadi delicacies which shall be prepared by master chef’s S Gopi Krishna and his team. They are very authentic in their culinary expertise, as they honestly follow the secrets of Nizam’s Khansamas (cooks), to patiently prepare the delicacies and with dil Se.
