BHOPAL: The traders running eateries and restaurants near Bhopal Railway Station have demanded to shift the liquor shop because road has already has huge traffic rush due to Railway station and drunkards creates nuisance, adversely impacting their business.
As per the traders, they have not right to poke nose in other’s business but liquor shop is a big headache for others traders.
The entire area is commercial-cum-residential locality. The hoteliers said liquor should be opened in completely commercial complex. Administration should consider all the aspects before allocating the site for opening the liquor shop so that business of other traders do not get affected. Not only business but safety of women should also be considered.

“Main road has heavy rush of passengers, residents and others. So there are shops like tea stalls, eateries, restaurants etc. Business of traders gets affected. Drunkards create disturbance round the clock. However, police too intervene but it is not sufficient.”
