Bhopal: A HIV-AIDS awareness program was organized at Government Motilal Science College under the joint aegis of National Service Scheme and Red Ribbon Club. In the first stage of the program a poster making program was held on HIV-AIDS, extempore and quiz were organized in the second round.

Questions related to blood and AIDS were asked in the quiz and in the extempore, students told about the importance of blood donation and also difference between HIV and AIDS was told. Principal Kranti Vats and Dr Madhuri Singhal asked the students to aware the people of rural area about HIV and AIDS and also to encourage everyone to donate blood. A committee of the Red Ribbon Club to be operated in the college was formed. This committee will look out the need of blood in the college and will encourage everyone to donate blood. More than 70 members of NSS participated in the program.
