Bhopal: Glitches mar job seekers’ registration

Bhopal: The youths who were promised work by the new government failed to get their verification done on Friday. The server of the Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) was shut for over two hours on the day. Only 61 registrations were done on the day when there were around 100 youths who had come for it.

The registraton had to begun at around 10 am and around 150 youths arrived at their right time near ISBT. The verification however began after 12 pm and as soon as it started the server went shut that stalled the work until next two hours. Over 61 youths who included ones having MBA and other higher degrees were asked to come next day at Motilal Nehru stadium.

BMC officer Vinod Shukla said the server was down and there were other reasons as well that led to lesser registrations. He said we will register the students on Saturday at Motilal Nehru stadium.
