Bhopal: A 20-year-old girl has filed a complaint of rape and blackmail against a youth living in her locality. The accused Anuj Lohat 22-year-old lives near her house in Kabeetpura area. She went out with him to Manuabhan ki Tekri in January last. She alleged that the accused raped her at an isolated spot.
She alleged that he continued to rape her on pretext of marriage. Later he started blackmailing her by claiming to have some records of their intimate moments in his mobile phone. He also threatened her of life if she did not concur with his demands.
Anil Bajpayee, Station House Officer, Kohefiza said that they are yet to recover the mobile recordings mentioned in the complaint. Police after filing the case has started manhunt to nab accused.
