Bhopal: Gayatri Pariwar, Lions Club to celebrate holi with natural ingredients

Burhanpur: Members of Gayatri Pariwar and Lions Club will celebrate Holi this year using natural ingredients like turmeric, sandal power, multani soil and rose water. Gayatri Pariwar’s Sachin Patil said Holi, a festival of colours marks the end of winter season. Use of natural ingredients helps to remove dirt from skin and re-energizes it for summer season. Patil said during the organising committee meeting held here at Seva Sadan College. The meeting was chaired by Seva Sadan education committee president Thakur Virendra Singh.

Addressing the meeting, Singh said, “This is not the first time we opted to celebrate the festival with natural colours, but even last year we celebrated the festival in the same manner and entire town appreciated our efforts”. “Following the huge applause from all, we decided to continue this tradition,” Singh added.

Holi utsav in charge Mohan Soni and Madhukar Chorey informed that organising committee has made different arrangements for males, females and the kids, so that everyone could enjoy the festival. Suresh Choudhary, Manoj Tiwari, Deepak Kapadiya and others were present during the meeting.
