Bhopal: In what could be termed as brazen neglect of duty, a cop was seen filming a man being brutally thrashed by two unidentified man, the video of which went viral on Whatsapp on Friday. The incident is claimed to have happened in MP Nagar zone-1 area here.
In the 40-second video, the victim, who could not be identified, was seen wailing in pain lying on the road in broad daylight while the two accused kept on thrashing him with canes. The unidentified cop in question, standing a few metres from the victim, is seen ambling towards him after a few seconds. The accused seeing him coming, flee the scene while the cop is seen stopping near the victim and making his video. The victim was later attended to by passersby as seen at the end of the video.
