Bhopal: BHEL has terminated an executive Saji Samuel on Monday for submitting fake academic mark sheet and MBA certificate to get the job. Govindpura police had registered a case against Samuel and court on January 15 had sent him to judicial custody. He was released on bail on Saturday. The executive had managed to get job in the reputed organization on the basis of fake MBA certificate. On the complaint of R S Singh, a retired BHEL employee, police had registered a case against Samuel.
Sources said, Other executives including Kunjilal Kol, Nandkumar Satarwala, Kokila DeSuza, Litika Menon, Manoj Shah, Anupam Saxena, Mayaram Sidar, Umesh Marawi, Walmiki Kori, and Ramesh Kumar Jaiswal are also under the scanner for same offence. The BHEL authorities are looking into the cases of fake mark sheet and certificates, however no complaint against them been made to police as yet.
BHEL Public Relations Officer Raghvendra Shukla Saji Samuel has been terminated from services as he has been booked for forgery and arrested by police for the same. Govindpura SHO Ashok Kumar Parihar said a case against Samuel was registered under Sections 420, 467,468 and 471 of IPC and he was sent to judicial custody. He has been released on bail. The case of other executives is internal matter of BHEL management, he added.
