Bhopal: Ex-minister Ramkrishna Kusumaria may join Congress

Bhopal: Ex-minister Ramkrishna Kusumaria, who contested as a rebel against the BJP candidate from two seats in assembly polls, is preparing to join Congress. According to sources Kusumaria may take membership of the Congress during a rally to be addressed by AICC president Rahul Gandhi in the state capital on February 8.

Sources said Kusumaria is going to meet Chief Minister Kamal Nath on Wednesday. Sources said he is preparing to contest Lok Sabha polls from Damoh constituency on a Congress ticket. Kusumaria contested assembly polls from Damoh and Patharia seats. Although he did not win but the BJP could not win these seats either.
