General Administration Department (GAD) has been the biggest defaulter in not filing reply to the EC. There are overall 31 complaints in which the GAD hasn’t filed a reply. Next in line are Urban Administration Department (UAD) and Home department that haven’t replied to 9 complaints each related to their departments.

Overall six complaints remained unaddressed by the Revenue department while five complaints are from the Commercial Tax department that have not been replied. Three complaints related with Cooperative Department and two with Transport department have not been replied till date.

All these complaints relate to violation of model code besides accusations on some officers of working in favour of a particular party.
