Bhopal: Questioning the government, former chief minister Digvijaya Singh on Monday said that a number of soldiers have died because of the faulty policies of Narendra Modi led NDA government on terrorism in the valley. In last four-and-a-half year many soldiers have laid their lives in line of duty, “Army, BSF and CRPF personnel are dying in the valley because of the wrong policies of the government,” said the Congress leader replying to media queries on the recent terror attack in Pulwama.

Singh, mourning the Pulwama terror attack in which over 40 soldiers were killed, said that there should be no politics on the issue and the Congress would support the government in its future course of action to retaliate against the dastardly terror attack. Meanwhile, replying to a query over his contesting polls, the Congress leader said that he is waiting for AICC instructions to contest the election or not. “I am a party worker and whatever the party tells me. I am bound to follow the instructions.”
