BHOPAL: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that there will be different guidelines for unlocking of those districts where the infection rate is less than 5% and where it is more than 5%. Chouhan has said that the unlocking process is going to begin on June 1.

The suggestions made by various ministerial committees have been sent to the crisis management committees. The crisis management committees will take a decision in the evening of Sunday and inform the people about the unlocking process on Monday.

Indore, Bhopal, Sagar and Morena have more than 5% positive cases. If the infection rate shoots up in any of the districts, corona curfew will be implemented there again.

Chouhan has said that fight against the corona pandemic should be made a mass movement in the state. Every person should follow the corona protocols and get vaccinated, he said. Every person should save his family, village and city from the pandemic, he said, adding that everyone should wear masks, maintain distance from each other and clean hands.

Chouhan made the statement at a video-conference over the unlocking process at his residence on Saturday. In-charge ministers, officers, commissioners, inspectors-general of police, collectors and superintendents of police were present at the conference. He asked the officials to ensure that not a single corona-infected person should move outside his house. Chouhan further said that the testing should be done to identify the patients and to send them to home isolation, to Covid-19 centres or to hospitals. He directed the officials to create red, green and yellow zones on the grounds of infection.
