BHOPAL: Advocate Siddhartha Gupta has written to the chief minister, chief justice of Jabalpur High Court and others complaining that co-operatives minister Vishwas Sarang, misusing his official position, had opened the showroom of Nexa cars at plot number HIG-50 in Nishat Colony (74 Bungalows).

Gupta has demanded that the showroom be demolished as it was located in a residential area flouting all rules. He said the plot was purchased by Sarang from Jagdish Arora, owners of Som Distilleries, who in turn, had brought it from the original allottee then MP Vidhan Sabha Speaker Yagyadutt Sharma. The advocate said that ministers and top officers resided in the area and it was a sensitive zone.
