Bhopal: Defaulter’s son rescued from sealed house

BHOPAL: In dramatic fallout of a recovery case involving India Infoline Housing Finance Limited- Jahangirabad police rescued a 24-year-old son of Ramesh Bachchani, Malviya Nagar from his sealed house in Malviya Nagar, on Sunday.India Infoline Housing Finance Limited had sealed Bachchani house on Saturday in presence of tahsildar.  Ramesh owed Rs 3 crore to the finance company and on non-payment of loan, the company filed the case in court. Four months ago, the court in its order transferred the possession of the house to the finance company.

On the dramatic built up, SDM Sanjay Shrivastava said, “Ramesh Bachchani is habitual offender and he has habit of creating drama. During the sealing process we found two rooms were locked and when we asked for keys, Bachchani told us that keys are with his son. Ultimately, company executives sealed the house and after 24 hours, a youth emerged from house. How it is possible?, this is all drama.”

Tehsildar Rajendra Jain said, “In my presence, Ramesh Bachhani’s house was sealed on Saturday. It is beyond my imagination, how an youth emerged from balcony of house. It is all drama of defaulter Ramesh Bachhani. Jahangirabad TI Anil Vajpayee said, “We rescued a youth of 24 years who claimed to be son of Ramesh Bachhani. After it, house has again been sealed and company has been given possession.”
